Opening times
Monday to Saturday 10am – 4pm
Last admission to John Wesley’s House is 45 minutes before closing time (if you would like a tour of the whole site, please arrive no later than 2.30pm).
Sunday (Morning worship attendance) 12:30pm – 1:45pm Closed every Thursday between 12:45 & 1:30pm (for service), also between Christmas & New Year, Public & Bank Holidays, except for services (e.g. Good Friday).

Admission charges & Group bookings
The House & Museum are currently closed but the museum will re-open on 20th May. Opening times as from 20th May 2021 and until further notice will be every Wed - Fri, 11am - 3pm only.
John Wesley's House will continue closed until further notice, as it is not possible to social-distance on the stairs and in the narrow corridors.
Entry is free of charge for individuals but donations are always very welcome in helping us to preserve this site and its collections.
Guided tours are available for visitors, please speak to a heritage steward on arrival.
Until further notice, individual groups may not exceed 6 in number and must be booked in advance. Please note there is a booking fee for these groups for logistical and administrative reasons.
The first group tour is available from 11am and the last one starting at 2.00pm.

The Museum of Methodism and accessible toilet can be reached via lift.
Access to John Wesley’s House is to the ground floor only.
